How to Track Your Order
Step 1: Check Your Email
Once your order ships, you'll receive a shipping confirmation email with your tracking number and a direct link to track your package.
Step 2: Track Online
You can track your order in two ways:
- Via Email Link: Click the tracking link in your shipping confirmation email
- Via Carrier Website: Visit the shipping carrier's website and enter your tracking number
Step 3: Check Your Account
Log into your KIRE account and view your order history to see tracking information for all your orders.
Tracking Information
Tracking numbers are typically generated within 24-48 hours after your order ships. Please allow time for the carrier to update tracking information in their system.
Order Status Definitions
- Processing: Your order is being prepared for shipment
- Shipped: Your order has left our facility and is on its way
- In Transit: Your package is moving through the carrier's network
- Out for Delivery: Your package will be delivered today
- Delivered: Your package has been successfully delivered
Delivery Times by Region
- United States: 3-7 business days
- Australia: 3-7 business days
- United Kingdom: 3-7 business days
- Canada: 3-7 business days
- International: 7-14 business days
